Our Contracts Manager ensures that we work in partnership with every client to provide a service based upon detailed knowledge of customer requirements. With the assurance of a dedicated Contract Manager and a nominated Site Supervisor, it means that you can be sure of attentive service at all times.
Whether it is one hour a week or a contract that requires multiple operatives on a day to day basis, regular visits and inspections are carried out by senior management, to ensure standards stay as high as ever.
We fully understand the importance and appreciate the expectations of the cleaning standards of your workplace and we ensure that vital feedback will be made if anything is noticed on a routine inspection.

If it’s an office that hasn’t been cleaned for a long time, we’ll offer an initial deep clean at a special discounted rate at the start of the contract. If you’re an existing contract, we also offer special discounted rates for thorough deep cleans throughout bank holidays and Christmas intervals.
Please note, On contract deep cleans we can include additional services such as, professional carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning.
Consumable supplies
Having been in the industry for over a decade, we have long standing ties with all of our cleaning suppliers and we’re able to source hand paper towels, toilet rolls, black sacks, bin liners and many more various day to day consumables at an exceptionally low cost. As a service we can supply these items at a very low rate, which our operatives will monitor, replenish and re-stock on a day to day basis. This enables to free up your time and gives you one less facility to worry
