Director
Adele Timberlake began here career in Customer Services and Team Management, working for household names including Nationwide Building Society and GE Money. She transferred these skills into the industrial cleaning sector and became Managing Director of J Clean Ltd. in 2012.
Over the past 8 years Adele has developed J Clean Ltd. into a premier contract cleaning company, providing providing a high level of service for offices, schools and other work spaces.

operations Director
James brings over a decade of proven leadership and operational expertise to J Clean. Prior to joining us, he held senior management positions at Marks & Spencer, overseeing several London store locations and leading large, diverse teams with a strong focus on performance, standards, and people-first leadership.
Since joining J Clean in 2019, James has played a key role in transforming our operations. From developing efficient internal systems to improving communication and service delivery across contracts, his work has helped shape J Clean into a well-structured, future-ready cleaning company.
As Operations Director, James continues to drive excellence across our commercial cleaning services in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and beyond — ensuring every team and every site meets the high standards our clients expect.
